Who should explore this

An experienced clinician with an ownership mindset.

We are not searching for perfection. We are searching for evidence of sound judgment, growth, contribution, and long-term intent.

3+ years of clinical experience You can independently diagnose, treatment plan, communicate, and deliver consistent general dentistry.
Massachusetts license readiness You hold, or are eligible to obtain, an active Massachusetts dental license and required credentials.
Patient-first communication You earn trust, make complex choices understandable, and never let production outrank appropriate care.
Advanced skill or strong appetite You bring valuable procedures in-house or have a credible plan to develop them through continuing education.
Team-building behavior You communicate well with assistants, hygiene, administration, and other doctors — especially under pressure.
Ownership accountability You understand that future ownership requires clinical excellence, financial maturity, leadership, and follow-through.
