LuxeSmile is looking for a Practice Manager & Team Operations Lead who can help create clarity, consistency, accountability, and a positive patient experience across the practice.
This role is for someone who can move between people leadership and operating systems: coaching the team, improving daily flow, watching the numbers, and helping Dr. Will turn vision into execution.
A real operating seat, not a task list.
The right leader will own the practice rhythm that connects team experience, patient experience, and practice performance.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and support a 20–30 person dental team across departments with calm confidence and consistent follow-through.
Daily & Weekly Rhythm
Run huddles, check-ins, and one-on-ones that align the team around goals, schedule flow, patient care standards, and priorities.
KPI Accountability
Use data to guide decisions, including scheduling, case acceptance, hygiene metrics, patient satisfaction, recare, and productivity.
Systems & Implementation
Improve processes in a structured, thoughtful way so the team has clarity without losing the human element.
Culture Stewardship
Reinforce LuxeSmile’s values through daily behavior, communication, accountability, and care for the patient experience.
Recruiting & Development
Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing team members who raise the standard of the practice.

Learn, listen, and stabilize.
Understand the team structure, patient flow, schedule rhythm, current KPIs, communication gaps, and Dr. Will’s priorities. Build trust before making major changes.
Build rhythm and clarity.
Strengthen huddles, team check-ins, one-on-ones, department communication, schedule flow, and visible follow-through around agreed priorities.
Own the operating cadence.
Lead the rhythm of the practice: meeting cadence, team accountability, KPI tracking, recruiting/onboarding support, and patient experience follow-up.
Show measurable leadership impact.
Help the practice improve selected team and practice metrics while building a scalable structure for the next chapter of LuxeSmile.
Warmth and backbone.
The best fit is a mature operator who can care deeply about people while still creating standards, structure, and accountability.
Leadership Experience
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more people.
High-Service Background
Dental, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or another high-service environment preferred.
Meeting Rhythm
Proven ability to lead daily meetings, one-on-ones, and structured accountability systems.
KPI Fluency
Comfort using numbers and reports to guide decisions, not just gut feeling.
Emotional Intelligence
Positive, optimistic, steady, and able to navigate direct conversations with care.
Systems Mindset
A strategic thinker who can improve systems without losing the human element.

Compensation
Base salary depending on experience, plus performance bonus eligibility tied to practice productivity and agreed team metric achievement.
